We had out of town special guest appearances by Matt Holt, Erin Knox, Nikki Knox and Erin Austin (aka Erin Gungor). It was great to have so many friends and family in town!

I made a huge pot of vegetarian style chili inspired by my one of my dad’s dishes. Carmen & Erin Austin made a huge mess of grilled vegetables and hot dogs along with several plates of cheese, two bowls of olives and a big bowl of dates. Yumm! We really cooked way way too much food. We could have fed twice as many people as we did. I’ll be eating left overs for the rest of the week.

We stayed up late into the night hanging around the campfire telling stories and listening to blues music. A good time was had by all.

Oh, in collaboration with Sean Barnett we surprised Robynne Weaver with Erin Austin’s presence. Robynne had no idea that Erin was in town. When she first saw Erin at the party she had to do a double take before she could believe her eyes!
